For more than 20 years I have represented clients in dispute resolution of complex commercial and investor state disputes. I have served as counsel in international and domestic arbitrations before major arbitral institutions. I have advised investors and governments on issues of investment treaty protection, mitigating risks and dispute resolution. The disputes have involved wide range of industries and matters such as: mining concessions, transportation, management agreements, electricity, construction, intellectual property right, satellite. I have also advised clients on contract negotiations, due diligence and compliance issues in cross-border transactions.
